Wonderful accommodations! We were a large group and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Very nicely decorated!

Only slight problem we had was for some reason, our name and key to our department was not left on rack as it should be, i had to call the owner to get key. We had an apartment on ground floor, with the living room facing the main road, it could get abit noisy when the window is opened.

Loved the feel of a stylish, furnished apartment - huge compared to a hotel room. And a full bathtub and kitchen - sweet.

It was a little uncomfortable arriving and having to call to get let into the building - no staff on site - but we got past that quickly. Also, the location was a pretty good walk to get anywhere fun.

Wonderful location, just off the shopping centre of town. All facilities included.

During our trip we had wo different Laugavegur appartments. The first one was on the third floor and acceptable with respect to noise from the main street. This time however, the appartment was at the street level, this means that people walking at Laugavegur street can easily look into the appartment, they pass directly in front of the window. We had to close all the curtains in the living room and kitchen to avoid this observation, which is not appropriate during the day. In addition it is very noisy during the night, because there is substantial traffic at Laugavegur street the entire night. From that experience I would not recommend the two appartments at this level, but specifically ask for an appartment at 2nd or 3rd floor.

It is very well located!!! The apartment has a modern design it is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped!

Great experience overall! The staff and the owner are very polite, kind and helpful. The condition of the apartment was absolutely impressive!

There was only minimum supply of condiments when we arrived. We had to fill up the kitchen by ourselves.

They were well designed, spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. Loads of cupboard space. As there were no staff in site we had lots of freedom. However when we needed them they were just a phone call away. Located really close to the party area and near the bus oration so it was easy to get around.

The shower didn't work, so we all took baths.
